Zone Face Lift, developed by award winner Ziggie Bergman, is being hailed by many as a credible alternative to Botox. 

 

Using a combination of traditional reflexology methods, ancient healing techniques and pressure point massage, Zone Face Lift offers an incredibly effective yet natural way to look younger, with the added health benefits of reflexology.

 

This treatment naturally stimulates collagen and elastin from the inside, tightens, plumps, sculpts the neck line, smooths and lifts the face, leaving a glowing complexion after just one treatment.

For best results, a course of 12 weekly treatments is recommended, which aims to take off 10 years.

Facial Cupping (as trained by Ziggie Bergman)
Available to have as a standalone treatment or to enhance the benefits of Zone Face Lift or Facial Reflexology, facial cupping uses soft silicon cups to lift and sculpt the jawline and neck, decrease dark circles and puffiness in the eyes and relax your mind and body.

Facial Gua Sha and Cranial Gua Sha

Facial Gua Sha uses special tools which glide and rub over the skin, lubricated by facial oils. It helps to promote lymphatic drainage and can smooth out lines and wrinkles and help sculpt the jawline, making it a natural alternative to botox and fillers. It can also help to release tight muscles, ease headaches, bruxism and improve sinus congestion.

Menopause Reflexology

Foot reflexology and facial reflexology can be given using the menopause sequence at the same price as regular reflexology but we're also very excited to now be able to offer the full Menopause Facial, Hand and Foot Reflexology treatment.

Foot Reflexology (Ingham Method)

This ancient therapy is based on the principle that reflexes can be found in the feet and hands which correspond to all the organs in the body. Special massage-type movements are used to stimulate these reflexes while you lie back and enjoy the treatment. It is very relaxing and may help to improve circulation, nerve flow and maintain the body’s natural balance.

Having trained in Maternity Reflexology with Suzanne Enzer, I am happy to offer both foot and facial reflexology throughout pregnancy. The fully adjustable electric couch makes getting on and off a breeze and you will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Indian Head Massage (lying down)
An Indian Head Massage treatment is a wonderful addition to any treatment, and now being able to offer this Lying Down sequence, this is even easier. And you won't miss out on any of the wonderful parts of this relaxing massage. Available as a standalone treatment or combined with any of the other therapies.
 

Indian Head Massage (seated)

Incorporating an upper back, arm, shoulder, neck and scalp massage, this treatment is so much more than a head massage! It is carried out while you are seated fully clothed on the specially designed Indian Head Massage chair. The use of aromatic oils during the scalp massage is optional.

 

Hopi Ear Candling

Also referred to as Thermo-Auricular Therapy, this treatment is particularly beneficial for those suffering with ear, nose or throat problems. Only original Biosun Hopi Ear Candles are used in this treatment, which include a special filter to stop any debris falling back down the candle and a maximum burn line for further safety.

Auricular (Ear) Reflexology & Ear Seeds

 

Also known as Auriculotherapy or Ear Seeding, this treatment refers to the stimulation of pressure points within the ear. It is provided as a needle-free treatment by using ear seeds. The seeds are from the vaccaria plant and are used to help your particular health needs after a consultation. A number of ear seeds will be placed on one ear, where they will remain in place for 4 to 5 days. You can gently press each point for a few seconds every few hours to enhance the effect. For cravings, it may be useful to have seeds in continuously (alternating ears) and in this case a short appointment is necessary every few days to re-apply the seeds.
