Menopause can bring various challenges but at The Sanctuary we can offer treatments designed to specifically help you ease the transition.
Foot reflexology and facial reflexology can be given using the menopause sequence at the same price as regular reflexology but we're also very excited to now be able to offer the full Menopause Facial, Hand and Foot Reflexology treatment.

menopause 12 week programme
The Menopause Facial, Hand and Foot Reflexology session lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes a full menopause sequence on the face, the hands and then the feet. The menopause sequence has been developed by Ziggie Bergman and Louise Keet from the London School of Reflexology and is designed to balance the body allowing it to regulate and normalise itself during transition to menopause.
It is incredibly relaxing and is the first Facial, Hand and Foot Reflexology treatment anywhere, specifically designed for the 50 something woman.
Supporting perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause and medical menopause, the sessions can be booked individually as a single Face, Hand and Foot treatment for £75 or as a course of 6 or 12 treatments for £380 and £720.
The 12 week programme does not necessarily need to be weekly - the sessions may be taken more or less frequently depending on your needs, but it enables us to tailor the treatments to each individual, working to relieve the symptoms which are most bothering them at that time. I will also be able to offer some self-help tips and look at the 'whole picture' over the course of treatments.
