Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with The Sanctuary, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal information, including your name, contact details, medical history, and appointment details, to manage your booking, provide wellbeing services, and communicate with you regarding your appointments. You can access and update your information by contacting us directly. The Sanctuary is fully compliant with GDPR and Claire Blowers is the registered Data Controller with ICO. Please view The Sanctuary's Privacy Policy here https://www.thesanctuaryhull.com/privacy-policy. Cancellation Policy For cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice there is no charge. Please get in touch to rearrange (or do so on the app.) However, if multiple cancellations are made by one person, The Sanctuary reserves the right to request payment in advance of their next treatment. If cancelling at short notice (less than 48 hours), a late cancellation charge is payable (up to 50% of the treatment cost , minimum £20. This can be paid by payment link or a retained deposit charge. Cancellations are often very difficult to fill, so as much notice as possible is requested. If you are feeling unwell, then it is best to rearrange (late fees may still be chargeable if short notice.) Please note that if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge you We would appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange.
