This innovative treatment combines facial, hand and foot reflexology to balance the zones from the head to the toes. Be prepared to be thoroughly relaxed as I work first on the face, moving down to the hands and then finishing with foot reflexology. This treatment uses a different set of moves to a standard reflexology treatment and is specifically designed for menopause. It focuses on key reflexes for common menopausal symptoms in an effective way that supports energy flow, along with the benefits of reflexology. The aim of the treatment is to reduce symptoms on a physical, emotional and energetic level. In addition to having this as a one off treatment, you could also choose the Menopause 12 step programme, which offers a bespoke one to one treatment plan where we can talk through your particular symptoms and offer detailed lifestyle recommendations on diet, exercise, skincare, balancing hormones with natural ways to reduce symptoms and self care tips for you to use at home. Please get in touch to rearrange (or do so on the app.) However, if multiple cancellations are made by one person, The Sanctuary reserves the right to request payment in advance of their next treatment. If cancelling at short notice (less than 48 hours), a late cancellation charge is payable (up to 50% of the treatment cost , minimum £20. This can be paid by payment link or a retained deposit charge. Cancellations are often very difficult to fill, so as much notice as possible is requested. If you are feeling unwell, then it is best to rearrange (late fees may still be chargeable if short notice.) Please note that if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge you We would appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange.
