This ancient therapy is based on the principle that reflexes can be found in the feet and hands which correspond to all the organs in the body. Special massage-type movements are used to stimulate these reflexes while you lie back and enjoy the treatment. It is very relaxing and may help to improve circulation, nerve flow and maintain the body’s natural balance.

Please get in touch to rearrange (or do so on the app.) However, if multiple cancellations are made by one person, The Sanctuary reserves the right to request payment in advance of their next treatment. If cancelling at short notice (less than 48 hours), a late cancellation charge is payable (up to 50% of the treatment cost , minimum £20. This can be paid by payment link or a retained deposit charge. Cancellations are often very difficult to fill, so as much notice as possible is requested. If you are feeling unwell, then it is best to rearrange (late fees may still be chargeable if short notice.) Please note that if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge you We would appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange.
